Implications to the Organisation
The focus is mainly to make sure that the decisions are made in the organisation with compliance, promoting good and reducing the harm. The major responsibility is to make sure of meeting the duties as the corporate citizen. (Schminke et al., 1997). As per the research, the major impact would be on the trading rights when the property owners try to work as per their own will. Inorder to access the action in terms of the consequences, there are net benefits and the costs which are for the stakeholders on a particular level. (McGee, 2010). One need to strive to achieve the better good with the amount of harm that would lead to the suffering. The best implication with the fairness and ethics would be that the payment to the employees at the different levels of salary would be able to handle the work effect that would lead to profitability of the corporation. The legitimate distinction includes the respect and preserve the rights that have a major impact on the individual or the organisation rights. (McGee, 2010). Hence, promoting the trust and then leading to an honest and open communication would help in building reputation.
Implications to the Management
With the changing level, it is seen that there is value based implications that helps in handling the rules of conduct, where the society assigns to behaviour with the self-righteous explanations. The ethical behaviour need to focus on the interests that are taken into consideration, where the accusations end to sustain the long-term viability of the company. (Trevnino et al., 2006). The business world also looks into the future actions with the different perspectives and keen ability to describe the behaviour. The act of individuals or of business can easily be measured through the variety of the acts which are based on handling the common goods of the workforce with the protection of the financial stability of the company.
