According to Smith and Roderick (2016), organizational learning and learning organizations are similar to each other as they both involve learning. It has become popular in the organizations as it helps in being competitive. They are slightly different to each other in the aspect that learning organization is the process to change. However, organizational learning involves having the strategies and implementing change across the organization.

I can use organizational learning can be implemented in leadership by encouraging people to look for innovative approaches. I shall be able to enable learning culture may be by strengthening values and knowledge from opportunities and experience.
