The assignment concentrates on two tools that are used which are the control charts and failure mode and effect analysis. Moreover, the quality management tool helps in mobile in the challenges that are faced by the organisation followed by the challenge mitigation that the organisation can obtain through the use of the quality management tool.
Every organisation requires probable quality management tool that would help in improving the performance activity of the organisation. Hence according to Franceschini (2016), the McDonald's restaurant of Australia is seen to undergo underperformance which requires a quality management tool to upgrade its performance activity such that it would attract more and more customers towards the organisation for a better future prospect.
Therefore the use of control charts would enable the organisation to obtain the history of the processes that are taken into consideration by the organisation and indicate the trouble or the lack of strategy that is operating in the business of the McDonald's restaurant Australia.
