Ethics is all about knowing the difference between what right you have and what is right to do for you.
The ethics is the building block upon which our entire society depends where business is a part of it, and it has some integral and honest standards to conduct the business (Bolman & Deal, 2017).
According to the Indian culture, the Ethics is defined as the non-violence, truthfulness, non-stealing, cleanliness, contentment, austerity, self-study, and abstention from greed.

Should maintain a structural consistency and “quiet space”.
Allow flexible schedule and engage the members in team-building exercises to avoid depressions.
