After experiencing a slump of two years, it was expected that in the year of 2016, global dairy prices will go up. However, the results were absolutely disappointing. Till January 2017, SMP prices are down near $500/ton and cheese price are down more than $200/ton. Therefore, one thing is sure that dairy firm industry is not experiencing profitability. However, it is seen that the consumption demand by the consumer are increasing slowly but steadily. Along with the increase in the customer demand, it was expected that prices of dairy products go up. Now the question is why the prices are not yet up. It clearly states that there are some factors that are affecting the pricing of the dairy industry. Those factors are the factors that are hampering the growth of dairy industry. On the other hand, there are also some factors that are influencing the growth of the dairy industry. For any new venture organization in this industry, it is important to find out those factors that can help them to gain profitability. Therefore, The current research study aims to determine the factors that helps in growth of a dairy firms. In this context, the financial issues associated while starting up the business would also be analyzed in this current study. Furthermore, the financial benefits between the dairy firms and the other the start-up business would also be compared in this current study. In order to conduct this research in a proper manner, a comparative analysis must be done between the financial requirements and benefits of a diary firm and the stat up business unit. For this research, deductive approach will be used which will help to execute primary research method. This will help to investigate the available data and to find out results based on that data. There is no time to develop new theories; therefore inductive method will not be used in this research. The approach of considering both the primary and secondary data evaluation would be appropriate for this current study. The primary data considered in the study would be of two types such as quantitative data and qualitative data. The secondary data would be analysed by using past philosophies, models, literatures and information. The customers’ perception would be considered as quantitative data and the manager’s perception would be selected as qualitative data. While doing the research, data protection act 1998 will be followed. None of the participants will be forced to take part in the research. They will be allowed to quit the research at any point of time. Collected data will be used only for academic purpose and will not be shared with any third party organization.
