The emergency department is one of the most important and perhaps the lifeline to the hospital as well as the people coming with emergency causes. The department provides service 24*7 hours a week and work hours are generally carried out in two or three shifts to avoid any form of looseness in case of healthcare (Stang et al. 2014). The unpredictable inflow of patients makes it a challenging task for the people working there to maintain the smooth flow of operations.
