A 50 years family company that has automotive, financial and real estate verticals and overall of 2000 employees, transitioning into a corporate industry, they are require that the Human Resource department to also change and adopt to the new company strategy, the management had requested from the Group HR team to present to he board the implementation of the HR strategy and a 2 years plan - this strategy need to be clear in implementing best practices and alignment with all the verticals, the strategy and the plan needs to include the following:

1. Develop the Human Resource Strategies for the Group, especially when it comes to the Company’s Succession Planning, and to ensure that the Company has the necessary human resources to realize its business plans in the short, medium and longer terms.

2. Develop and gain agreement to implementation strategies, plans and operating budgets for the Human Resources Departments, monitor performance against these to ensure targets are met.

3. Support the overall business plan and strategic direction of the Group, specifically in the areas of succession planning.

4. Assess the Human Resources implications of the Company’s business strategies and plans, and gain agreement to manpower plans to provide for the necessary resources through appropriate combinations of external recruitment and internal training and development.

5. Review, adapt and develop policies and procedures for Human Resources development and operations and gain approvals

6. Review and gain agreement to appropriate reward strategies and practices, regularly researches and review the relevantremuneration packages, and recommend relevant changes to the Group’s compensation and benefits policies to ensure that it is appropriately positioned to recruit and retain staff of the level of talent the Group requires to stay as market leader.

7. Implementation of appropriate processes for performance management and appraisal to ensure staff are clear on the contribution required from them and are fairly appraised to allow for appropriate linkages between performance and reward.

8. Develop a program to build a “Values Based” Group culture in line with talent development and appraisal system as well as Group’s stated vision and mission.

9. Develop and implement an employee loyalty program
