Marianne and Betsy follows completely different leadership approach for managing and leading the girls.
Leadership style of Betsy
The leadership style of Betsy is more production oriented and focused on the task and initiating structure at the workplace. The work and leadership style of Betsy aims at achieving the objectives and goals with the detailed organization and providing workload structure. From the initial stage of the work, Betsy focused on developing robust communication plan rather than growing personal communication.

2. Marianne focused towards consideration, concerned for people and employee oriented.

Leadership Style of Marianne
On the other hand, the leadership style of Marianne is employee oriented and focused on developing a relationship with the subordinates. Marianne showed the characteristics of a leader focused on building relation, consideration and employee concerned. Marianne showed sensitiveness towards her employees.
Both the leadership style evident clashes with each other and is evident in all the meeting sessions.

Both Betsy and Marianne needs to change the leadership style, but Betsy needs to focus more on fostering the relation with the employees while maintaining the individuality and respect. It is recommended that, Betsy should incorporate relationship behaviors in her leadership style.
On the other hand, Marianne should try to strengthen the relation with the employees while maintaining a boundary between fun and business. Apart from that, Marianne needs to convince Bridget and Suzanne to respect all the higher authorities equally. By changing the authority-compliance leadership style, Marianne would able to work in a collaborative procedure with the girls. Marianne needs to incorporate task behaviors in her leadership style.
Both Betsy and Marianne needs to promote the positive remarks as a leader with the subordinates.
