The Dubai Mall does not just deliver shopping.
It delivers shopping with a difference!
There are a number of factors that do attract customers in the Dubai mall thus making the world greatest mall (Dennis et al, 2010).
22 screen for movies.
It has luxurious platinum pictures (Singh and Prashar, 2013).
The TV is strategically located for all customers
The other factor that attracts customers at the Dubai Mall is the presence of the fine dining restaurants and amazing food halls that are strategically located around the mall to ensure that customers do not have hard time in locating places to eat.
It is also important to note that various foods are offered in these malls; actually each and every test is catered for (Zaidan, 2016).
There are also entertainment facilities offered in the mall that actually cater for diverse customer segments.
The cinema complex which features 22 screens comprising of four super luxurious Platinum Movie suites.
This also greatly attracts customers to the mall. Below is a picture of the underwater zoo (Sousa & Voss, 2012).
According to Sousa & Voss (2012), customers spend nights in this hotel.
The hotel has 250 rooms and 450 serviced apartments.
Customers have an opportunity to shop in the mall (Zaidan, 2016).
Foreign customers find it comfortable for;
It specially designed to accommodate the singles, the couples and even families.
This greatly attracts so many customers as they feel that they are having an opportunity of their life shopping in such a fully furnished and well equipped mall (Singh, 2013).

The Dubai Mall had registered more that 30 million visitors (Dennis et al, 2010).

It is also important to note that the factors identified above have an impact on the marketing strategy chosen by the company.
A chosen marketing strategy should be the one that ensures a high demand and an increased need for customers to keep flocking into the mall, by these various features that actually make the Dubai Mall stand out is exactly what attracts the customers (Dennis et al, 2010).
The identified factors vary from the target markets.
