Operations Plan: Windy City Beauty
The services rendered as by Windy City Beauty can be garnered by several different means. The merger of the application and the clientele is an interactive experience which is receptive to both the customer and outsourced business. Aside from using the application, clients can directly email the Windy City Staff for support. Typical hours would range from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Thursday, Friday 8am to 6pm, and Saturday 8am to 4pm. Sunday, Windy City Beauty will not have a staffed office time; however, services will be supported by the staff on a case by case basis.
Windy City Beauties staff is extremely devoted and knows the prominence of customer and business relations. Consequently, our staff understands the importance of relating the customer to the business in a prompt manner. Therefore, our staff has been instructed to merge their ‘Point of Contact’ information with their personal cellular devices. In doing so, comprehensive responses will be afforded to our customers. Regarding any special requests, special instructions left within the past forty-eight (48) hours will require action. Hence, any special instruction will be handled in order of precedence. The main communication between team members will take place via internal email traffic and this will afford an internal tracking system to reflect whether a response has been initiated.
Windy City Beauty- Staff Schedule
Windy City Beauty staff will conduct daily operations with a system that leaves no less than one (1) employee operating as the ‘primary support’ at any given time. Being that direct staffing is not required, it is important that a member of the staff monitor inquiries and/or business ventures between clients and vendors.
Our customers will know the Windy City Beauty workforce and will be conscious of our staffs knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs). Upon requesting our resources/services, our clienteles will receive a tailored documentation integer which will permit collaborative answers amongst Windy City Beauty, our Clients and our Vendors.
Windy City Beauty will preserve in-house archives on each patron/merchant that will describe the subsequent information:
- Demographics of Patron
- Demographics of Neighborhood/Business
- Kind of labor requested
- Type of work relative to request
- Financials: requested vs. listed
- Date, Time, Group (DTG) of work conducted/desired time
Our customers and local businesses will be informed of our platform during our initial launch. In doing so, the services will be properly distinguished between the client/patron platforms. Hence, our ‘Client Biography’ will be an indicative representation of our service.
