The development of the marketing plan focuses on its implementation in a fashion retail store that is established in Australia. The name of the fashion store is Royal Fashions; which is located in Perth. The store provides people with an opportunity to remain updated with recent fashion trends in the world. The marketing plan will involve the application of technological machines at the stores for the manufacturing of the clothes and its promotion. In order to complete, the development of the marketing plan in a successful manner a proper analysis of the environment needs to be conducted. This involves understanding the marketing environment as well as identifying the target market beneficial for the store. The current marketing objectives as well as the performance of the fashion store can be analysed to understand its capabilities. At the same time, a SWOT analysis needs to be conducted so that the capabilities of Royal Fashion can be analysed. This can also provide clear information about the rivals of the fashion store. Link between the strengths and opportunities are created along with the threats and weaknesses.  The marketing objectives as well as the strategies such as assessment of target marketing are done so that the implementation of the marketing plan can be made.
