This leadership of Bill Gates has helped Microsoft in the development of its business. Moreover, Bill Gates was very generous and humble and thus his team members could approach him very easily. He always helped his team members to work for the development of the company. Bill gates tried to maintain harmony among his team members (Bello 2015).

Bill gates knew how to encourage the stakeholders of the company and to achieve the impossible targets by motivating them. He communicated the complex ideas in a very simple way which was easy for the stakeholders. He grabbed the attention of the employees whenever he delivered lectures. He used emphatic gestures to express his convictions and feelings. Sometimes, Gates also used descriptive gestures to express his actions. He always presented his talks to the employees in an authentic and natural way. This has helped to raise his enthusiasm as well as keep the employees motivated. Gates always cited real life examples in his lectures so that the stakeholders can trace out the steps to be successful in that particular area. The most important thing in his communications style is that he always used presentations and a proper conclusion to motivate the employees and the stakeholders (Northouse 2017).

Bill Gates is an authoritarian leader because he kept control of himself. This style of leadership has helped him in emergency situations. Moreover, he can also take quick decisions on important issues.
