It is evaluated that Wesfarmers Ltd has to make effective use of its internal and external resources to expand its business. As per the perception of Tylor and Mashlow it is revealed that success of business is dependent upon the efforts of employees. Therefore, they should be properly motivated by establishment of effective reward system. Wesfarmers Ltd needs to engage its experienced employees in its newly opened outlet so that clients could be satisfied with proper handling in retails stores of India (Chong, et al. 2014).
