Team building is important for any of the organization to sustain the development of the workplace and create an opportunity to improve the relationship between each and every member of that team. In case of incarcerated people, their life is mostly under the bar, so people around the same section become their friend and team.
Incarcerated people team bonding can be shown in certain gaming activities or in case of any event in jail. Management sometimes provides them the opportunity to organize that event, in those sections their participation and bonding with other members considered as team bonding. On the other hand, during these kinds of events, incarcerated people trust others and also do some better practices that help them in future (Simon, 2014). In such situation, they do not consider themselves as slaves rather their potential and team engagement is considered as the best balance to their life. These are the situation that helps them in their future life, when they go back to their family, the urge of good job and change in life leading process has shown in that situation (Strnadova, Cumming & O'Neill, 2017). The thing is only happened due to that team bonding and good work responsibility. Government initiates this kid o thought in prison to provide incarcerated people a healthy life.
Therefore, it can be concluded that team bonding in the corporate sector and under the bar may not be the same but meeting diverse group for a single objectivity is occurred both the occasions. Incarcerated people also improve their dimension of life through the team building maintain their life afterward on a right path.
