Organizations should work on the concept on zero error as a single error can lead to an adverse effect on the health of the patient. In order to reduce the errors in medication, healthcare professions should proper standards of care
Risk reduction; healthcare professionals go through massive challenges when dealing with the patient. Because everything is about the patient, the sector involves high risks. In order to reduce the risks, effective technology should be implemented. Risks are categorized into low, medium, and high risk, hence, proper attention should be given in accordance with the risk (Chauhan, Jeyaraman, Mann, 2017).
Enhance communication; healthcare professional needs to communicate effectively in order to enhance the quality gap. Further proper communication is important in the diagnosis and treatment of patients, this is important in the reduction of errors and mistakes in healthcare.
