Objective
For the New York Governor Andrew Cuomo to carry the Presidential activities such as legislative duties, make treaties with foreign nations, deploy military forces and oversee the facets of government such as the attorney general, defence and secretaries of state.
Goal
The fundraising goal is to raise $500,000,000 from May to November. The roles and functions of the President shall be hindered without raising this amount of money.
Tactics
Speaking specifically, the President shall carry the legislative duties, judiciary and financial duties and achieve the fundraising goal of $500,000,000 between May to November. Meetings will occur in three ways:
- Annual General Meeting
- The annual general meeting or AGM shall occur once in a year. The Committee shall report back on the yearly activities and present the financial report. It shall provide opportunity to the members and prepare future plans. The annual general meeting shall act as a great opportunity to thank the members and supporters. Fundraising ideas will be discussed in the meeting about including the organization in fundraising activities. The donor and potential donors shall be targeted.
- Small Group Meetings
- The small group meetings shall be held between the donors and/ or potential donors in intimate settings such as breakfast or lunch. Casual atmosphere shall be kept for meeting where the information shall be given and presentation shall be delivered.
- One-to-one Meetings
- The one-ton-one meetings shall keep the volunteers involved. One-on-one meetings shall provide opportunities for giving the volunteers a clear sense. These meetings shall be held on a weekly basis.
The above stated meetings shall take place in New York representing the state meetings and fundraising.
Donor Clubs
Several clubs shall be established for the purpose of supply benefits to donors at multiple levels. The individual can make contributions while joining the club. The donor clubs can be divided into a few categories: major donor groups, mid-level donor groups, minor donor groups, monthly giving club, and affinity groups.
Major donor groups are the ones that are focused on major contributors. The mid-level donor groups are the ones focused on mid-level givers. The minor donor groups focus on smalldollar contributors. The monthly giving clubs are the ones that sign up for monthly contribution. The affinity groups are the ones who share one or more common traits like occupation, geographical region or others.

The donors who contribute more than $50,000 are categorized in this group. They are provided with the following benefits:

Silver Club
The donors who contribute more than $20,000 are categorized in this group. They are provided with the following benefits:
- One seat to an intimate private dinner with the Chairman

- One passes to Annual Thank You Lunch

Team America
The donors who contribute more than $1,000 are categorized in this group. They are provided with the following benefits:
- One ticket to the Ice Skating Rink at New York
- One ticket to the New York Horseracing event
- 60% discount to the NYC Holiday Reception
- 30% shopping discount at the New York Shopping Centre.
- 40% discount on any beverage at Starbucks cafe
Grassroot Fundraising
Grassroot fundraising is an important mode of campaigning for humanitarian or progressive causes by the political organization.
Online Strategies
The Governor must use emotional triggers to exploit the audience’s emotions by sharing message. Online fundraising is effective as it allows high flexibility that does not exist with traditional modes of marketing.
Social Networking
The YouTube video of the campaign must be created so that it can reach million views in very less time. Innovative videos can be created for high engagement. Other social media networks such as Twitter, MySpace, Twitter and Pinterest can be used to spread message. These shall have lower cost as the message shall be spread to millions of people with direct solicitation efforts.
Emails
Direct mail and telemarketing strategies can be used for numerous advertisements. Email is an effective way to target the people and persuade them to raise funds.
Traditional Methods of Fundraising
The traditional or offline modes of grassroot fundraising provide opportunities for the communities to participate in events with the Governor General Andrew Cuomo. Another objective is to engage the volunteers with the New York Federal department.
- Retail events such as ticket sales, raffle draws and coffee party can be organized for joint fundraising with DNC.
- Young professional fundraising events can be to train the next generation of donors.
Budgetary Breakdown (May-November)
The total budget for every month shall be listed with the high number first and then the lower one. Totals per fundraising activity will also be given is such a format. Please also note that candidate give-back events will be incorporated into a Team New York event that occurs in the county of activity. Other give-back events will be listed as such below. Smaller give-back events will be either is incorporated into geographically sensible events, or smaller gatherings. The overall high for this budget is $700,000,000 and the low is $200,000,000.

- Promotion of Thanksgiving gifts
- Modify and innovate telemarketing campaign
- Dropping E-solicitation after the Election Day for the effort to go forward.
July ($90,000,000/ $70,000,000)
- Dropping E-solicitation after first of the year for the effort to go forward.
- Modify and innovate telemarketing campaign
- Private dinner with Chairman in a salon, informal style at his home with the donors and Chairman’s calls.
- Other initiative can be taken similar to that of Obama’s Presidential Campaign Israel for Obama. This campaign can initiate a campaign ‘Yemen to America’ for freeing Americans from the civil war in Yemen.

- Ice skating event to be held
