It would have been better to have collected them in weeks 7, 9 and 11. Have a better structure would have enabled us to align the identification of lessons to the feedback on assessments.

Project management is one of the major and most effective parts of attaining the business objectives. It helps in clearly defining the business aims and develops strategic objectives for the same. The present study was based on quota park footpath expansion Project. It developed a detailed planning associated with project completion and effective results. The current report will focus on analysing the lessons learnt and the strategies which have been adopted to attain the set objectives.
The project undertaken was Quota park expansion which was a major project focusing on development of the site in an effective manner. The current evaluation will focus on evaluating the following: Analysis of the overall project Lessons learnt Challenges faced Contribution in personal development Future growth prospects associated
Quota park expansion park project was a crucial and significant aspect of my learning. It contributed widely in enhancing my knowledge and skills in the subject. The learning cycle adopted in the process was: The first and most significant stage of project management was to divide the project into different stages in order to attain significant and well defined results for the business growth. The major stages of lesson plan for project management were: Project initiation Project planning Implementation and control Project closure
After the project stages and lesson plan was developed the next stage of the project demanded initiation of the project. The major aspects of project initiation were: Log: Keeping track of timings and activities Categorization: Analyzing activities and its category Planning: analyzing what, when and who prospects of the project.
The action plan of the project was well analyzed and evaluated by the manager. In order to attain significant results for the analysis, effective strategies were implemented and maintained: Quality Standards Quality Metrics Quality Tools and Techniques Records Roles and responsibilities.
Variety of tools and techniques was used in the project which included: Project management software Ms Excel Log Book Project methodologies Knowledge regarding resources of the project was significant to analyze. Major challenges faced in the project progress were: Lack of technical knowledge Inefficient exposure Insignificant research skills Lack of planning Gap between theory and practical implementation The associated project was effective and well defined for the development of business evaluation.
