Management of the expectations are important for success of project as it provides of strategies to set the expectations to maximize the chances for the project success. It maximises the chances and failures of opponent. Effective project management helps to plan the workplace resources. There are four steps of effective project management are as follows:

ØUsing of the tools to monitor the project progress

From the portfolio for Week 5, I have learnt about the success factors required to implement the organizational project management. The management commitment is required to follow the success factors of project such as leadership, continuous improvement, and the organizational change management. I have understood what is realistic with the project resources and timeframes of the project.
