There are lots of advantages of the project management application in order to achieve the objectives and the goals of the project. the possible causes those are helpful for stating the importance of the project management for the project delivery are as follows:
It enables the project scopes that is the alternative goals of the stakeholders of the project and allows the stakeholders to focus on a particular point.
Development of the scope statement allows the projects manager and the stakeholder to focus on a similar goal of the project and the project must be delivers as per the mentioned goals and the project objectives. This is consists the requirements, milestones, limits and exclusions of project constrains and deliver the product as per the identifications that were made.
The analysis of stakeholder is a major factor which is beneficial for the project management as it allows the prioritization and the identification of the project stakeholders involved in the project by their interest and the impact on the project. It also shows the responsibilities and the roles of the stakeholders that are associated with the project.
The plan for the project communication is the better way of communicating the phase and the constraints of the project in a proper manner and gives a path on which the stakeholders can go towards the success.
WBS or the Work Breakdown Structure enables the visual representation of the activities and the sub part of the activities which are required for the completion of the project.
Meeting management in minutes is another important aspect of the project management application in the project delivery to achieve the goals and the objective of the roject.
Project schedule updating is done as the requirement of the project considers the process of implementation of the changes which is very helpful for the delivery of the project outcome.

I have learned that by the project management it enable the communication in a proper an effective manner with the stakeholders of the project by allowing them the efficient and effective project delivery by considering the standard and the project quality. I have also seen many situations where the unplanned things resulted in chaos and messing things up in a certain tour. The unplanned is also resulted on dissatisfaction of work.

When I and my whole family went for a summer camp I had my best experience then. Where I notice that the each and everything is pre-planned that what to do where to go and how to spend the time that we have in our hand by effective way. Another family didn’t have any plan for the camp and they messed up many things and they didn’t much enjoyed like us.

To be technically say, this work is the object displacement that is caused by the similar concept and the force with the each of the projects. The project can be said as the work and the force can be said as the project management, output is the distance and the project satisfaction.
The schedule of the project must be done by considering the each activities of the project that are very much important for the project development.
The milestone of the projects are the objectives of the project that helps the project manager to see the progress of the project that the activities of the objectives are accomplished or not. This must be achieved in an efficient and effective manner by considering the organizations responsibilities and the roles.
The identification of the resource are another crucial factor of the project management that determines the project resource and the suppliers for reaching the goals and the project requirements.
The tool of the WBS is very efficient and effective which plans the activities and the sub activities of the project and determines the activities that are important for the next activity.
Estimation that are new can be done by evaluating the changes which required to be implemented for the effective and efficient management of the project.
The planning of the project consists of various activities as the project needed to be done in a sequence to be completed successfully. The planning includes the cost estimation, time estimation, sponsors and the financial condition for the project. Methodology that are effective for the delivery of the project object in a same manner.
