1. The process of the mainly occur for the settlement on an agreement between two side. The negotiation can take place anytime in the project. There are different types of negotiation process one process is known as the formal negotiation another one is the informal negotiation.
Ehen two people have the different point of view and sayings on a same topic then mainly the conflict occurs. Conflict in the organization is the big worry for the project manager and the project manager needs to mitigate the conflict in the organization. There are various project management tools that are used for the removal of the conflict between the employees of the company or with the stakeholders. The different method of mitigating the conflict that the project management can apply re collaborating, competing, compromising and accommodating.
2. The inconsistency is one thing that can hamper the productivity of the organization. The identification of the inconsistency is very easy as the effort of the staff effort can be seen from that. If the organizations staff is inconsistence for the work then then it will affect the effectiveness of the organization. In the organization if between the staffs any kind of conflict happens then the company productivity also hampered. The conflict results zero in the productivity. The stakeholders are the important part of the organization so the relation with the stakeholders needs to be maintained properly in order to get benefitted from the key stakeholders. A well maintained relationship with the stakeholders will provide help to the organization in long term.
3. There are various consequences of a delay of the project. If delay in delivery occurs then the client will force the company for the delivery of the product. If the product is not made in the estimated time then there is the chance that the product quality may be considered. If the project got disrupt then for building project again it will take long time. If the plans of the project changes frequently then the developer of the project will face several issues while developing. The damage that will be occur due to the liquid will not be covered in the warranty. The entitlements of the contracts must be clear to the each and the every employee of the organization otherwise there will be ambiguity between te employees regarding the project. No arbitration will be required in the organization.
4. In the project management the conflict is inevitable. The conflict mainly occurs when the different area people are working under the same roof. To mitigate the conflicts between the employees there are several project management tools that are introduced. The various tools that cam be implemented are accommodation of the conflict creating individuals, collaborate along with the conflict, by avoiding the conflict by creating competition between the individuals who created the conflict.
