I will be reflect on the managing relationship and making the projects successful in the organizations on how the performance management can be improved in the better ways indeed. I believe that the entire world has now become quite connected with each other because of the technological advancement that surrounds us. The project managers will be able to complete their projects because they will be able to interact with many people all around the world with different languages, ethnicities and cultures. If the projects have to be made successful the global relationships will have to be increased indeed (Van Dooren, Bouckaert & Halligan, 2015).
The project management scopes can be discovered by the students and professionals if they can focus on bettering the global relationships. The availability of the goods and the reliability on the performance managers must be utilized for the proper outcomes. I would rather suggest that the delivery of the goods must be done on time (Kumar & Reinartz, 2018). I believe the incentives should be given on the various term contracts and this should really be very helpful for the better performance management indeed. I think the performance managers should put more stress on understanding the demands of the customers and provide them the best quality products.
