Wedding
As the whole of the wedding has to occur on the same day, any of the tasks may overlap with one another. The tasks need to be sorted out before the start of the ceremony in order to avoid any crashes. The manager of the event has to look after each and every task to avoid them to be clashed and delay the Whole Preplanned Schedule.
Product Launch
The tasks of selecting the price of the product being launched and the set goals can overlap with one another and can cause problems. If the goals are not set then the price cannot be declared without consulting with the production team. This can be overcome by first setting out the priority of the task and then accomplishing the task so that the setting of goals can be done before the price of the product is defined.
