In this report, there has been the identification of the problem regarding the suitable housing based on the needs of the customer and the social requirement. This has eventually led to the building designs that are smart and the incorporation of the appliance with the efficient energy consumption. The secure and the safe place for a human being to be is home as the only shelter ,that why in most of the countries many people are struggling to find way on house to come up with a house that is more adaptable, effective in terms of cost, with sufficient energy and with a conducive environment. Hence the aim of this project is to design a proper housing that is safe with demands that are viable. Most of the people in developed countries are more focused on the houses that are environmentally friendly, building with energy that is efficient and houses with the renewable energy that is utilized within the house. The effective utilization of the natural resources as a result of the healthy atmosphere is supported by good and friendly environment and the energy efficiency. This project deals with the identification of the problems that affect individual within the home state and finding the possible solutions for the same. This project is also based on the renewable sources of energy to protect the environmental atmosphere are also helpful in the elimination of the non- renewable sources of energy like the engines that use the diesel and many others (Crawley, 2012).some of the objectives of the design is shown below.
The best design house should be fitted with the continued supply of the energy, naturally healthy ventilation and living areas that are comfortable during the severe weather conditions. These buildings should also have protective mechanisms that prevent any injuries that may occur during the earthquakes. This implies that the building should have the stronger foundation that can resist natural calamities like the earthquakes (Clarke, 2017).
There should be maximum utilization of the daylight hence the design should consider that. To obtain the maximum saving of the solar energy, the windows are to be elongated in order to capture maximum energy (Sartori, 2010).
There are no environmental impacts by the building that have less operation cost, less natural resources usage and have high energy efficiency with less energy consumption. There is the difference in the designing of the modern houses compared to those of the traditional one. This is based on the process of the design, construction techniques and the techniques of the renovation. The designing approach of the building has to incorporate the current and the accurate technology with high energy efficiency, the building materials should be evaluated in order to meet the preference of the environment and the understanding of the case base analysis for the strategies of the design that has greater influence on the particular area of the building (Markus, 2016).
Energy design is the most factors that determine the building architecture design. Minimizing of the unwanted solar heat gain and the usage natural heat maximization is the focus of the building with the higher energy efficiency. To achieve these goals, the following measurement has to be taken into consideration (Seeley, 2013).

The combination of the passive cooling strategy and that of the thermal technique will prevent the absorption of the heat thereby minimizing the heavy air conditioning during the summer seasons where the consumption of the electricity by the air conditioning is high. This technique involves the ventilation, fan fitted ant the ceilings and the systems of the heat pumps. The removal of the heat from the room can be done by this system without involvement of the conventional system for the air conditioning.
The building construction was completed and a test was done on it. The regulation of the temperature and the addition of the oxygen into the atmosphere were majorly done by the concept of the installation of the gardens on top of the building. The reinforced cement concrete is used in the construction to enable the building to be stronger and firm so as to be able to resist earthquakes and other natural calamities. The resources that are used to start the operation of the system are known as the system operation requirements. Some of the materials that are required to start the construction of the building with the high energy efficiency are solar panels, the rods, cement, batteries raw materials and many more (Kats, 2013).

This carbon emission can lead to the depletion of the ozone layer that will, in turn, lead to the climate change hence affecting the suitability of the construction. The construction of the water storage is very important since it helps in the reduction of the workload from the natural water resources. Passive solar technology should be done to help in the reduction of the mechanical and electrical system capacity thus improving the requirement of the conditioning and the lighting loads (Bribián, 2011).
