Project 3

The task for Project 3 is to give recommendations regarding the HR problem identified in the case organisation. The recommendations must be based on the analysis and critical thinking of students by comparing the case organisation’s HR policies and practices with other organisations in the same industry, including the HR theories discussed in the Project 2.
