At the time of designing software, it is necessary for the software architect to design the framework of the software. It is the job of the architect to design specifies the technical standards which include the coding and the tools. The software architect is responsible for the overall administration of the projects that is to be done.

Once the software is designed, it is the job of the architect to do the proper coding that is necessary to make software execute properly.
