1.The scenario describes about a technical project of a company in which client asks for some changes in the software from the junior software developer. The project manager enters into the room and asks about the progress in the project. The synopsis includes about the situation of any changes in the software as required by the client. The outline of the scenario explains about the requirement of the clients for making changes in the software and junior developer agreed to make changes according to the client within the deadline of the project ("Scenario 2: Development Methodology", 2017). The project manager asks junior developer whether he is comfortable in asking those changes before the deadline.

2.This scenario is related with the technical problem arising in the project of a company. The client has asked for making changes in the software. The company is an IT based company and doing a IT project of building a software as per demand of client. There are some problems arising in the software detected by the client. The client has asked for making changes in the software.

3.In this case, the unethical issues can be various types as mentioned. The project manager may ask for the reason of accepting the call from the client and make changes according to it. The manager asks for forwarding such calls to him and acknowledges him. The manager might scold the junior developer for accepting the changes asked by the client (Miguel, 2014). The manger shows rude behavior to the junior developer for his act in the company. This can be some non-ethical issues in this case scenario. The methodology of the developer can be questioned by the manger that forms a bad behavior of the manager toward his employee in the company (Mannay & Morgan, 2015).

4.The junior developer along with stakeholders of the company is affected by action. The stakeholders of the company include the project manager, employee, board of members and customer. The client is affected by receiving wrong software by the company. The stakeholders of the company have to work again on the same project as requirements of the clients. The junior developer is burdened with the same project for accepting the requirements of clients. The positive part of the scenario is that the client will be satisfied after the completion of the requirements. The client might approach for next project with the same company. This will be helps in the development of the company in the market.

5.The ethical issues of scenario are the reaction of the manager on the step taken by the junior developer of accepting the requirements of the client. The behavior of the manager might be positive or negative as per the situation. The project manager motivates the junior developer for taking this step by prioritizing the requirements of client and working on it. This helps in enhancing the brand image of the company in the market (Black, 2013). Satisfying clients of the company will increase the profit of the company. On the other hand, the manager might scold him on accepting the changes by working extra on same project. The junior developer might resign from the company due to bad behavior of the project manager with him. Both the situation can be under the ethical issues of the case study.

6.There are various possibilities that can be done to solve these issues arising in the company due to the changes asked by client. The trust factor plays an important role in this matter (Gray, 2016). The trust on the junior developer is necessary to complete the requirements of the client. The manager can motivate the developer to complete the project within the deadline to satisfy the client. The manager has to appreciate the developer on his decision to complete the requirements of the client in the software. This helps in solving the ethical and unethical issues of the scenario presented. The manger needs to maintain an ethical behavior with the developer and in the work environment and solve the issues rising in the project (Coghlan & Brannick, 2014). The manager can ask for more payment from the client to complete the requirements provided. This helps in maintaining the financial balance of the company in the market. The extra effort of the junior developer will be beneficial, as he would be paid extra for the work.

7.As mentioned earlier the manager can use various steps to handle the situation in order to keep positive behavior in the work environment. The manager can encourage the junior developer for completing the project on time. This provides confidence to the junior developer regarding his work in the company (Mintz, 2016). The manager can provide him an extra amount of payment for the extra work done by him. This helps in providing financial support to the junior developer. The manager can provide him backup from other employees that might help him in completing the project within deadline (Bell, 2014). This can be further illustrated in form of motivation of the developer to perform his duties properly in the company that helps in the development of the company in the market.

8.From the above options, an extra payment t the developer is the best option for solving these issues in the company. As the junior developer has accepted to make changes according to the requirement of client, he needs to be paid extra for it. This will increase the confidence and motivate him for completing the project within deadline. On the other hand, an extra payment for it might causes loss for the company. The company might not get profit from the project provided by the client. The company might look for an alternative for the above in which there is no extra payment for the project. The company might provide him some extra facilities instead of money.
