With the help of one-one practice sessions using the guidelines of positive psychology, it is possible to improve the quality of the everyday life. In the earlier days, the practice of positive psychology was a matter of high expense and can only be afforded by people suffering stress among the executive class. However, with the introduction of the one-one sessions in the form of positive psychology practice have been able to help a wide range of people, who are suffering from psychological problems in everyday life. The main aim of this form of practice is to ensure that all the people with wide ranges of psychological issues can get benefit and positive feedbacks.

The coaching of positive psychological practice has become widely popular in the present days. There are different types of professional courses that offer positive psychological practice among the people. The aim of this coaching related to positive psychological practice is not only to identify the individual weakness; it also aims to use the strength of each individual depending upon their personal environment.

According to Boniwell et al., (2014), the coaching classes in context of the psychological practice also had to encounter with the issues related lack of proper idea and also lack of evaluation process. Additionally over focus of identifying the issues and suitable problems for them can only be a short-term solution and it can never provide permanent solution to the major and long term psychological issues. The main underlying issues related to the problems are often left unresolved and thus it cannot be applied in every form of situation.

Implication of positive psychology

The positive psychological practice can be implied with the help of coaching and therapy practice that ultimately helps to deal with the psychological problems of everyday life. After successfully completion of the one-one session, it is possible for every individual to deal with the personal issues and thereby they can expect to get benefit from the psychological practice. The positive psychological problems have been implied in all forms of education and it is possible for the children to maintain high level of cognitive sense. Comparison of the theories related to positive Psychology

According to Seligman and Csikszentmihalyi (2014), the main purpose of the positive psychological practice is to ensure that all the people in the society get the opportunity to live life in free without any major forms of stress. The relevant theory related to positive psychological practice depends on the level of psychological distress an individual is suffering from. Unlike the theory in the previous section of one-one practice sessions, it can be said that the positive psychological practice depends on personal traits. Individuals with high level of personal traits have the chance of getting better results of from the positive psychological practice sessions. The mental health condition of individual is also one of the major deciding factors that lead to the effective results of positive psychological practice.

The research work done by Csikszentmihalyi (2014), focuses on the importance of optimal experience within the positive psychological practice. It is believed that the psychological sessions need to be brief and simple. Long and extended sessions can often increase the complexity of the situations and thereby have the leads to situation of further psychological distress among individuals. The individual level of consciousness is also regarded as the major deciding factors that will have impact on the psychological condition of individual. It is also believed that in order to imply the positive psychological feeling among individuals the person who is conducting the training session needs to have high level of experience in dealing with the relevant matters as it is highly sensitive issue that is being resolved in this case. The person, who is willing to take help of positive psychological practice, needs to have clear idea about the impact of this session and also the draw backs that are associated with it.

The analysis done by Bolier et al., (2013), suggests that interventions with the help of positive psychological practice can be used to enhance feeling of well-being among the individuals. The diverse ranges of clinical studies have suggested that all symptoms related mental health disease like depression can be resolved using the principles of positive psychological practice. The people, who are suffering from extreme forms of mental health disorders, can take the assistance of psychological counseling sessions on regular basis and they have high chance of getting significant benefit.

The practice of one-one sessions is thus considered to be one of the major forms of psychological counseling sessions that are aimed to increase the popularity of the positive psychological practice. With the introduction of this form of practice a wide range of people have got the benefits and they also have developed positive feelings. With the introduction of this practice within the education system, it has helped to increase the awareness among the people regarding the matter of psychological distress. However, it is important to ensure that the principles of practice are applied in proper manner so that it is possible to get long-term benefits from this type of practice.
