Ltd. it has been reported that, while dealing with the geriatric patients sometimes the nurses faces difficulties in assisting them with ADLs. Most of the client disagrees to take support from a support worker in their ADLs, while their health status needs support (Martin 2010). Sometimes, the health and social care organizations faces dilemmas while implementing policies and practices due to the negligence of public and some health and social care organization. There are two major points for evaluating the contribution of a health and safety manager in placing health and safety needs of the service users, these are personal and professional evaluation. In the workplace, the management of written procedures was done for preventing illness, injury and any kind of health hazards at the source. In these written procedures, the assessment of risk control, reporting possible hazards, work inspection, investigation of incident and corrective issues were included. These actions would be effective for making the environment healthier. Evaluation won contribution in the workplace, it has been revealed more efficiency would be gained through communicative training to meet the safety and security related competencies (Randolph 2012).
I have contributed a lot in the organizational health and safety. I have participated in the risk assessment and risk control program. I have also worked as the team leader while guiding the newly joined staffs about their responsibilities. I have always attempted to show a positive communication with others.
