Every person has the right to strive towards ensuring the common good. Pope believes that the more the people struggle to work towards common good; they are liable towards getting more love, care and affection from the neighbours. The people and the government have the same role in ensuring the common good (Novak 2017). Within this, the community people need to be focused for providing care, support and assistance. This is because they are in need of care. Every person is entitled to show charity and kindness to their neighbours. This maintains the order and harmony. For this, the role of the government is crucial. Governmental interventions into the operations of the community organizations prove beneficial in terms of ensuring welfare of the community people.

Education is one of the ways in which the lives of the community people can be enhanced. This is because education would make them aware of right and the wrong actions. If they realize the demarcation between the right and the wrong actions, they would be able to disseminate the knowledge to others (Massaro 2015). Spreading the moral values between the people would result in the creation of a good society.

If the government provide financial assistance to the community organizations, the personnel would be able to rganize quality coaching classes for the children. Along with this, employment opportunities can be provided to the families. Politicizing education reflects the interplay with the lives of the common people. It is also the responsibility of the people to ensure the common good of their neighbours. This reflects the contribution of the citizen in terms of maintaining the coherency and unity within the social hierarchy. Mention can be made of Churches, which opines that common good is ensured through human interdependence on globalization. This reflects the western influence, which the community people need to be made aware about. Herein lays the role of the Civic leaders, upon whom lays the responsibility of ensuring the social wellbeing (Yeo and Green 2017).

Forming groups to educate the individuals is an initiative towards creation of a society, where unity and peace prevails. Within this, the essential duties of public authorities are to respect the individual and fundamental rights of the people. This respect is the primary agent in terms of creating assurance within the minds of the community people regarding the care, support and the affection, which they need.

         Ensuring the common good indicates examining whether the people possess the basic elements, which they need for survival. In case of the community people, this is crucial, as they have encountered traumatic experiences. This is where the government intervenes into the operation of the community organizations (Walker 2014). This ntervention is necessary in terms of making the organizations financially stable and flexible. Without financial flexibility, the community organizations would not be able to provide the needed support to the people.

         One of the other aspects is eagerness and willingness to help. As the cause is humanitarian, therefore, money should not be the priority. Instead, exposure of Samaritan attitude would be beneficial in terms of gaining the trust, dependence and loyalty of the people. Appeals for donations would be a wise approach in terms of requesting the citizens to help their neighbours. Here, the community organizations need to avert any kind of pressurization towards the donators (Glasman 2015). Otherwise, the humanitarian cause would be destroyed.

Collaboration from the citizens would enable the government to ensure community wellbeing. Within this, the main aim needs to be on the security of the people. For this, the social order should be revised. This is in terms of ensuring the capability of the civic leaders towards taking care of the community people. Revisions would add to the social order, reflecting strategic approach towards upgrading the standards of living for the community people.

         As the good is for the benefit of the public, therefore, discussions regarding responsibilities are nullified. This is in terms of the collaborative approach towards creating a society with unity and peace (Biesta 2015).
