Companies need to start reacting to the increase in diversity and make the work environment in such a way that there is no discrimination. There is no doubt on the fact that most of the companies are actually uniform as compared to the qualified and available workforce, but they still did not come up with the discussion of diversity management  (Pauly 2016).

Amalgamating Transparency with Value Construction

As per Bigliardi, Galati and Petroni 2014, there are two purposes to be served in this particular paper. The two purposes are- to understand if it is possible to look or the similarities and differences in the knowledge management, recognize the major techniques and procedures used for used by the company in the throughout the process; to stress on the study to be taken up in detail about the best possible techniques of knowledge management that evolved from the case studies of the industry. While conducting a research on the given topic it is essential to keep into account that knowledge management process provides a comprehensive overview of the scope objectives, strategy, practices, knowledge and tools of management. This article focuses on the thought that knowledge management is based on getting the right knowledge to the right person at the right moment. This will build an effective tie in the corporate strategy.

According to Potter et al 2015, the article briefly describes the self oriented knowledgeable deformation that sometimes comes with the easily angered or unmanaged angered problems. When anger gives way to a violent and aggressive behavior and not do anything constructive, it should be controlled immediately, managed and regulated. The primary factor in the anger management involves the rectification of thinking errors or self oriented cognitive disruption. But it becomes unhealthy when it goes out of control and leads to dangerous consequences. It is easy to get the anger under control by finding out the actual reasons and implementing the tools of anger management. It should be taken into consideration that anger should never be allowed to control an individual’s life or hamper personal and professional relationship. It cannot be directly concluded that anger is good or bad, it is just a normal emotion which expresses any kind of message of upset or disappointment. But if a person suddenly reacts by exploding or out bursting then the proper message is not conveyed. It can be stated that anger is a natural emotion when the individual is being treated badly but it is not appropriate to express in a harmful manner.

Evaluation of Diversity Practices in Germany

Katzenbach and Smith 2015 stated that the book is intended to explore about teams in a larger organizational context. It was a false notion that the previous experiences along with the current body of research knowledge will deliver most of the required information. While doing further research on this subject it was found out that the topic of team is a very rich subject to discuss about. As an outcome of that, many people in different organizations were spoken to with special focus on those who could have formed a team. There was no bad outcome found out and it was recognized that one must learn from the new experiences. This book takes into consideration a very delicate and obvious matter. For instance, the components of the definition involved are obvious, but the discipline implied is not. So, it becomes obvious that the teams altogether will outperform the individuals in any activity. They can be relied on for gaining insights which can be used for the basis of evidence. The stories that were related deliver a broad variety of performance hurdles, kinds of people, and the environment of the organization. But it is taken into account that none will be able to tally with the specific opportunities of the team that have been experienced or faced (Cummings and Worley 2014). It is not even accepted that there will be compelling stories. There it can only be hoped that they will be as prosperous as a learning opportunity. Emphasis should be given on the relatable stories of the teams and not the organizations as a whole. The teams are sought with a purpose for performance records and better understanding of the dynamics in various settings.
