Tashanova et al (2020 ) is of the opinion that there have been several changes in the entire stock price and flow with the arrival of the pandemic. This is because in the 21 st century all the different business units had shifted onto the usage of face -to-face transactions. However cross border transactions formed one of the major methods of business ( Cui et al 2019 ). However, the arrival of pandemic has a huge impact on the face -to-face interactions. In terconnectedness among the different countries have gone down in a much drastically manner. It is for this reason that the falling tariffs, ban on the tourism and travelling industries have had negative impacts on the overall supply chains. As there has be en an abrupt social distancing method started, business sectors as a whole have suffered from huge negative impacts. There are significant changes that are being created in the stock and flow due to the coming of the covid 19 pandemic. This opens a plethor a of huge uncertainty on the stock prices and the flow. It must be noted in the similar context that due to the pandemic there has been a huge decline in the flow of labor. This in turn has resulted into the lack of production. Business sectors have also s uffered a huge loss due to this aspect. Voluntary social distancing practice has actually resulted in a fall in business thus leading too such un ow and unprecedented speculations about the stick prices and flow. A great economic damage has been brought ab out by the Covid 19 pandemic. It is because of the fact that the huge disturbance that has been created in all the different parts or all the different sectors have actually resulted in the huge fall in the important and exports of the country. It is for t his reason that all the business units have been forced to shut down. Without a proper or regular economic transaction all the stock prices and flow are subjected to huge risk. This is because there is uncertainty a bout the amount of labor inflow into the economy after the normalization of the situation. However there has been both good and bad news that have actually come up with this aspect. The good news is that the investors all over the world have still not given up the hope. This is because they feel that the situations might be able to stabilize and it will speed up the trade and commerce of the economy. The negative news or the bad news on the other hand is that given the kinds of trait being shown by this Covid 19 pandemic, the rate of rise or fa ll in this pandemic situation is highly unprecedented. In the long run there are many factors that are subjected to huge change. It is because of the fact that the aspects like growth rate, risk aversion, sentiments of people and all others are subjected t o a huge risk. But whatever your view about the sophisticatio n and rationality of decision making, your models must conform to certain basic principles. a. Explain the principles of modeling human behavior (50 marks) The principles of human behavior are as follows - Principle One: Behavior is largely a product of its immediate environment - Human behavior will be strictly impacted by the kinds of movements or the events that are happening in the surroundings. It is because of the fact that if a student sees that the teacher wants them to do the homework on regular basi s the residents will be understating this expectation of the teacher and try to finish all their homework on time. This is because the expectation that are set largely influence’s the human behavior. Principle Two: Behavior is strengthened or weakened by i ts consequences. Human behavior is largely impacted by the kinds of results or the consequences that their behavior receives (Dolfin, Leonida and Outada 2017) . This is because of the fact that children at home often tend to behave well if they get some treats from their parents. In other words, if there are two siblings a brother and a sister. If the brother behaves well all day long and does the homework on time, then he is given some treats by parents and also, he is liked by the parents. On the other hand, the sister does not behave well and also does not finish her homework on time. Consequently, parents scold her often. If the sister sees that the brother is loved and liked by all then she will naturally try to change her behavior for the good. In th is case parents are helping in developing the appropriate behavior as they are encouraging the right behavior Principle Three: Behavior ultimately responds better to positive than to negative consequences - Human behavior is largely influenced by the rew ards or recognition. For an example if a student has helped his friend in class in understanding a lesson, then the student will be praised by the teacher and also thanked by his friend. This recognition or this appreciation will help the student to contin ue this good behavior. This will make the student think about the good results that this similar behavior will have in coming days. As a consultant elaborate on the process taken by most of the organizations to tackle current s ituation (COVID -19) The processes that have been taken by the modern -day organizations are a follow - All the employees are being allowed to avail the flexible environment. This has been done by asking the employees to stay at home and continue the work accordingly. However, the setup of the work has had to be change. However, the employers have been able to switch to this new normal. As these changes have started taking place in all the companies, employees have also modeled their behavior accordingly. T hey are now trying to ensure that they can work in a sound and effective way without any issues. Lorenzo and Gallon (2019 ) is of the opinion that SMART learning and the digital methods of learning or working have started. It is for this reason that all the employees are now able to find out the different methods through which they are able to carry on with their office works from their homes or from any other geographical locations. The organizations have also started teaming up with many other industries s o that they can open up better income opportunities for all the employees.
