Follow these steps to cancel your subscription.

  • Login to your account and go to the Account Settings.

  • Click the 'Stop Recurring Subscription' button.

  • Now, simply follow the instructions displayed on the page to cancel your subscription.

  • If you have subscribed to the Google Play Store, you can cancel the subscription directly through that platform.

  • Likewise, if you have subscribed through App Store, you can cancel the subscription directly through your App Store account.

Please follow the steps to fix this issue:

  • Make sure you use Master card, American Express, Discover or Visa debit card or a credit card.

  • In case your payment fails multiple times, please get in touch with the credit card company or PayPal to fix the payment failure issue.

  • Also, you may try to disable ad-blockers and popups in your browser.

  • Or you may try using a different browser for the successful completion of the payment.

Your money can be debited on any of the following grounds:

  • You can be charged for upgrading your account to a Premium membership.

  • Enrolling in a premium subscription will result in auto-renewal unless the payment form is cancelled.

  • Please take note, you may choose to cancel your recurring subscription anytime and get back to the Free (Basic) subscription.

Please follow these steps to change or update your credit card.

  • Go to your Account Settings.

  • Select your payment option and update the settings there.

  • If you need to change the billing address, then remove the card with the old address and update/replace the same with the new address.

  • Please note, you should make changes to your billing format at least 24 hours before the account auto-renews.

  • If a credit/debit card was used - full name on card, last four digits on the card, date of last transaction, amount charged. has implemented a recurring payment/subscription system in order to make sure that your service remains uninterrupted. Please note, as per the recurring payment system, you will be billed at the end of each billing cycle/current period of your membership.

But you are entitled to cancel the recurring subscription at any time, as per your requirement. Subscription cancellations will be effective within seven business days.

Please note, refunds usually take about three to seven business days to process. But the process may take up to nine business days to be reflected on your account.

If you pay with PayPal, you will receive the refund amount in your PayPal account.

If your premium subscription is on hold, you can use the remaining time of your subscription later. You may choose to wait to use your account until it resumes automatically, or you can manually resume your subscription at any time.

Please note, subscriptions made through Google Store and App Store can't be paused or downgraded.

You can pause premium subscription once every month. We know you won't be using during summer breaks and vacations. So, go ahead, take a break and resume your subscription afresh.
