Learning Outcome 2 & 3: Identify and analyse the fundamental elements of corporate identity design to enhance image and reputation to various stakeholders including the media. Develop a crisis communication plan which demonstrates a clear connection to the principles of communication.

Using University of Hertfordshire (UH) Study Net or Google Scholar, search the following topics and select at least 2 (TWO) journals of the same topic. Write a review paper that you have selected.

Topics (in alphabetical order):

a.Crisis Communication, Social Media

b.Identity Design, Image

Section 1: Introduction 

Brief overview of the topic such as title, author and why you select this journal for discussion. An example: Crisis Communication and Social Media.

Section 2:  Literature Review  

1.Look through the literature review on the journals that you have read. 

2.Summarize the problem statement, theory used, methodology, findings, solution and recommendation for the journals.

3.Identify and analyse on the problem statement and solution was used in the journals.

4.Insert in text-citation where appropriate.

Section 3: Critical Reflections 

1.Highlight one or two emerging trends or challenges faced by the organization in dealing with the topic.

2.Deeply elaborate how the emerging trends or challenges will affect the organization. You can include any flow chart, diagrams, and data to illustrate your understanding on the topic. 

3.You may also want to discuss any social, legal, security or ethical issues that will affect the organization.

Section 4: Conclusion / Recommendation 

Recommend any further research of topic which can be applied in one area/department/service in an organization to support the growth of their organization. Justify your answer. 

Section 5: Reference 

Put a list of reference list for all citations in the text with Harvard referencing style.
