    I was already familiar with a lot of things mentioned here, but despite that, it's a very good course to take into consideration, especially if you're a beginner unfamiliar with the topics covered in the course. Sometimes it's a bit repetitive, but it's things worth mentioning. The cheat sheets are good, and in the future it would maybe be nice to include a visual representation (written down in a notebook or Sheets) on how to best track everything mentioned in the course, from food macronutrients to progress. All in all, a very good course and I wish everyone good luck on their journey!

    I am really enjoying this course. The content is very useful, and I love that it is science-based. It's reassuring to know Felix does not promote fad dieting. I have been dieting for many, many years, and now at 53 years old, I'm just trying to get to a healthy weight without fad dieting. This course will definitely help me.
