    Detailed course on IF, which touches on all important subjects and has a very good Q&A segment at the end. With all the emphasis on Keto it would be nice to add resources, such as a list of Keto foods and recipes.

    Oh man, this guy gets so much specific and exact information across in so little words and so little time. I've done a lot of my own homework on IF over the 1-2 years I've been on it, so I know a lot of what is said (I'm only half way through the course so I'm sure there will be something new to learn in this course, in the continuation) but there is something so holistic about sitting through a workshop to have someone summarize, and make order, out of what you already know, as it can a. bring about new understandings, b. show me how to use my knowledge to carry out my actions more efficiently, and c. remind me how to get over certain humps, by going back to the basics. I rated 4/5 because in order to rise above my expectations, I would need the course to provide answers to questions I cant answer on my own, like hiccups and what happens when youre not continually fasting every day but most days....that's what I hoped to get out of this course, is a better understanding that can help me answer questions on what to think when Im not following IF rules religiously. Still holding out hope that the rest of the course will take care of that. But I definitely recommend if youre looking for a short sweeping 101 course on the topic, esp if youre beginning to learn about it just now.
