Sustainability is an important aspect when it comes to designing buildings. However, humans are at the end users of any built facility. Therefore, occupants’ health and well-being must always stand front and center in designing buildings. To that end, you are required to perform a thorough analysis of the WELL Health-Safety Rating. You are required to start by doing a literature review about the effect of the thermal, visual, and acoustic conditions and indoor air quality on occupants’ health in buildings. Then, you proceed to present, analyze, and discuss the different sections and credits in the WELL certification.
