Idea development processes: An explanation of the processes you have undertaken to identify and arrive at that particular opportunity demonstrating rigour around idea development and initial screening. This explanation should assess:
The insights developed through applying a Jobs-to-be-done lens in developing the idea. • An explanation of the insights developed through your customer persona and customer journey mapping process. An overview of at least two ideas that you developed and some evidence of the process of your idea development. You should show us your decision matrix that led you to select the idea that you have written this assessment about.
Overall, you should provide documentation, evidence and reasoning that illustrate your idea development processes and the rationale for your decisions. References: Use a wide variety of references to support your plan, and a range of industry-based resources appropriately formatted in APA referencing style both in-text and Reference List.
Remember, this will be a first and high-level overview of the opportunity. Moving forward, you would conduct further idea testing, in particular, by actually talking to customers and conducting more detailed feasibility analysis.
