You are a commercial trainer who specialises in marketing. You are in full-time employment with one of the above organisations. The company is investing in a new product and would like the whole organisation to be involved.

Activity 2
Your second task is to compare how organisations (with a special focus on your chosen organisation) are using elements of the marketing mix (7Ps) to achieve overall business objectives. Your findings, recommendations and conclusion will be presented to the Chief Executive Officer and his team as a formal report supported by a 10-minute presentation.
Your report will include the following, supported by a 10-minute presentation which should have an overview of the report:
A comparison of how different organisations apply the marketing mix to the marketing planning process to achieve business objectives and an evaluation of different strategies applied by organisations to demonstrate how business objectives can be achieved. An evaluation of a detailed, coherent and strategic marketing plan for a product for one of your chosen organisations that applies to the 7Ps in order to achieve the business objectives.
