You need to analyse the internal and external contexts of your chosen ‘case organisation’. To help you do this you should use appropriate analytic tools (e.g. SWOT and PESTLE) but you must also discuss these contexts and their implications (diagrams alone will not be sufficient analysis).

The problem ‘case organisation’ faces is how to manage its people to continue/improve its business success in light of the internal and external contexts it faces.

·Demonstrating your knowledge and understanding of strategic HRM theories and practices and how they can contribute to developing and sustaining a culture of customer service.

·Discussing the various options available to ‘case organisation’ before reaching a conclusion (next section).
