Assignment Brief:

Each student is required to evaluate a business opportunity and develop a critical, robust and comprehensive plan that seeks to develop and exploit the opportunity identified.

More specifically, the report should:

Provide a robust justification for Business Development within a specified context

Be structured around an appropriate and overall Business Development Process as discussed in week 3

Illustrate how the opportunity was identified, and discuss in a critical manner how the opportunity will be developed and evaluated

Include evidence of a systematic assessment of the external environment and how this aligns with the internal capabilities of the firm
