First class: The report will be to a high standard. It will provide a comprehensive overview of internal and external factors which can impact upon an organisation with regard to people management. It will also make clear links to how these different factors impact upon the organisation and its employees and to the differentbusiness functions applicable in responding to these demands. Individual skill sets and qualifications will be discussed comprehensively against the context of the assignment brief.Referencing and research will be excellent and used effectively throughout to support your arguments.
Second class: The report will be to a good standard. It will provide a clear overview of internal and external factors which can impact upon an organisation with regard to people management. It will also discuss the impact such factors can have on the organisation and its employees and the different business functions applicable in responding to these demands. Individual skill sets and qualifications will be discussed effectively against the context of the assignment brief.Referencing and research will be of a good standard.
Third class: The report will be to a satisfactory standard. It will provide an overview of internal and external factors which can impact upon an organisation with regard to people management. It will also discuss the business functions that could be used to respond to such demands. Individual skill sets and qualifications will be discussed against the context of the assignment brief.Referencing and research will be evident.
Fail: Students who do not meet the requirements of a third class grade will not successfully complete the assessment activity.

You are required to submit a soft copy via “Turn-it-in UK” on the module Moodle page. The software will allow you to check your work against other material on the internet. It will also compare your work against other students work.
You will be able to upload drafts of your written work into turn-it-in as many times as you wish before the deadline.
You will not be able to overwrite the final submission after the deadline. You can only submit a single file.
