MBA7061: Improving Business Operations In Service Adhesive Assessment

Hence, students are required to critically evaluate the existing operations functions within the organization and the role of operations manager within the organization (of their choice). Students are req1uired to evaluate the current practices and value the standard practices within the industry that the organization is in and how well or badly does the organization aligned and accord with the industry standards. Students will, also require to draw a process chart for the organization chosen showing how customers are processed through operations within the organization. Thus, the course module on MBA7061: improving business operations in service adhesive also allows students in discussing the process management plan that must be implemented by the organization to attain operational excellence. Students will also have a better knowledge and understanding of process analysis and improvement, customer service stragies, inventory management, scheduling operations and purchasing as well as suppler management. All these sections would enable them in identifying the organization in implementing any lean processes and evaluate the required strategies and operations that could be executed and brought to the organization that in turn would benefit the organization as a whole. Students will also have an idea of handling capacity which is considered to be the most complex and tricky part of operations management as it is characterized by uncertainty. Organizations should always attempt to match its capacity of its forecast and known anticipated patterns or there might be scenarios where this might not be required. Students can successfully collate all their findings about the chosen organization and draw concrete conclusion and recommendations for the organization and its associated strategies and operations. Thus pursuing courses on MBA7061: improving business operations in service adhesive would enable students on making sure that the organizations are operating efficiently and effectively and position themselves best for success in the particular marketplace in the areas by possessing a wide range of skills. Students will also be able to evaluate and examine how to organize resources and operations and how to enhance them using a variety of quality tools, process and techniques enhancement activities. Students will also be able to consider the organizations in its better and wider context, examining how inputs on the supply side could be managed and enhanced and on the demand side how customers, and customer’s satisfaction could also be understood by students after completion of this unit module on MBA7061: improving business operations in service adhesive.
