TASK 2: Application [50%]
Using the suggested table structured in Appendix 1, create a database application [PD Games]. Your application should be created in stages and include the following:
a) Tables/Relationships [10%] Create the tables identified above. Select appropriate primary keys, field names, data types, descriptions, and field properties, e.g. input masks, validation rules, text etc. Relationships – set-up relationship as appropriate.
b) Forms [10%]:
Create a Customer form. Input the customers shown on the sample customer list (Appendix 2), plus at least five other customers.
Create a Stock form. Input the stock details as shown on the sample stock list (Appendix 3), plus at least three other items.
Create an Order form with order-item sub-form – base your layout on the sample order forms in Appendix 4. Input the data from the sample order forms, plus, at least five orders with order item details.
Ensure that the Forms are user friendly; use an appropriate layout and controls
c) Queries [10%] Create the following queries and save them under the names indicated in the brackets:Produce a list of items where the manufacturer is 5J Studios that are priced at £5 or over. Results should show all fields [QueryA 5J Studios]
Produce a list of ordered items. Results should show the Order No, Stock No, Game Title, Manufacturer, Price and Quantity [QueryB Ordered Items]
