These teams ate involved in specially designed ambitious projects where the team work can be conducted in rhythm, and with full energy. The people who show characteristics of superstars, elitist, temperamental, egocentric, are the people to whom virtuous team members cannot work or find difficult to work with. Therefore it can be said that Red arrow team is the team which requires application of Virtuoso team. There is need of members who are highly skilled in required skills, and hiring of people with the best skills is one 5 ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOUR of the solution to identified problem. Even the members have familiarity with the problem, focus is given on hiring or recruiting specialists. The teammates under the virtuouso team, people celebrate egos due to different specialization and try to find out the best talent from every member. The red arrow team requires some encouragement for doing tough events and to compete with the competition and solo performances. Red arrow team will be capable of ensuring creativity and efficiency. It will help to focus on various ideas, etc. Answer 4 Group cohesiveness is understood as the bond between the team members which allows group members to coordinate and work easily while working together. The group cohesiveness promotes the positive thoughts among members about their work. Group Cohesion can be seen impacting the members ’trust and member similarity. The group cohesiveness can be considered best for improving the morale of team members and promotes active group process of thinking. It is developed when thinking and work of each member is considered important by each members and member collaborate to achieve acommon goal by working together efficiently (Hu and Zheng 2021) .It is seen that under group cohesiveness, team members like to work together and enjoy working the organizational structure which promotes group cohesiveness. The organizational goals cannot be achieved with individual efforts and these individual efforts of the group members needed to be combined. When these individual efforts are combined then common or organizational goals can be achieved as seen in the provided case study. The importance of group cohesiveness to the red arrows are provided below: When team members are working as acohesive unit, then setbacks and challenges are easily managed. 6 ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOUR Reliability on the team members are improved which helps the company to gain support during acrisis Formation of rapport are easy with the coworkers and group cohesiveness will help in building long lasting relationships as well. Group cohesiveness can make the red arrow team more efficient as there are different sub- teams and all these individuals of sub-teams needs to be loyal to each other so that any challenges and unforeseeable ups and downs can be managed efficiently. The group cohesive team provides sense of belonging and team members ’care about other team woks and does not let them fail by working efficiently. Every management and organization should encourage the team members that the team members must work cohesively which helps in generating improved performance, increased productivity and better results. When team members are physically isolated then management must divide the team into smaller team as ithas been seen in the case study. The goals must be shared to every one so that the team members can work for the common goal and does not act differently for achieving some individual goals. Meetings must be organized regularly so that the physically isolated team can meet each other and know how the overall team is working and they may feel them as part of the overall team (Gillam and Cosford 2021) .Adequate training and development are to be provided to the isolated team members so that they can coordinate and communicate among themselves effectively and manage the overall group performance easily. 7 ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOUR Answer 5 Specialists ’team members are the people who have specialized knowledge for working some specific job which is important for getting the overall job done. These people have pride among themselves as they have different skills and abilities. It can be said that the Belbin team roles of 1991, are helpful for analyzing the importance of the different specialized members in ateam. It can be seen that Red Arrow pilots are working with their full specialization and also receives full support from the technical sub team as well. Since the specialist pilots are so isolated and performing individually, it is required that efforts are made for improving group cohesiveness among themselves. Team performances can be controlled and improved using Belbin Team roles. Under Belbin Team roles, resource investigator are utilized, teamwork and team bonding are improved, coordination is enhanced, group thinking are encouraged, etc. Red Arrows team is being considered as a specialist team as all team members of Red Arrows intend to mutually agreed towards achieving acommon goal and objective. It could be stated that Red Arrows is a specialist team as it intends to select new members from those pilots that are invited to attend week tests, interviews, as well as socializing.
