It is advised that students focus on one sector e.g. ‘hotels’ and cite examples from this sector throughout the report.
You are required to engage in academic literature (academic textbooks, academic journal articles) and establish links with generic marketing principles such as Market Segmentation, The Marketing Mix, Customer Relationship Management, Integrated Marketing Communications.
You are also required to engage with case studies and examples and provide recommendations for organisations operate within that sector. For this utilise academic journal articles, trade journal articles, newspaper articles and credible corporate websites.
Your report must have a title page, an Executive Summary and a Content page. It may also have an Appendix if you wish, which should contain relevant additional information (not any key content).
