This course of study helps to develop the analytical and practical skills that are essential for advanced research in the field of computer science. This course of study is mainly based on the study of concepts that are related to the analysis of big data by the application of significant tools and online techniques. The analysis of these pieces of information helps the companies to target a new range of customers by the identification of their needs. The students of this course are also trained in the various techniques of machine learning that are highly essential for the training of new systems that are powered by artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence is a significantly advanced topic in the course that ensures that the students are capable of developing an innovative range of systems that are powered by the technologies of artificial intelligence.

The course of study helps the students to develop a number of competencies for the management of advanced systems related to computers. The students are made to appear in a significant range of formative and summative assessments that are related to the development of theoretical concepts essential for the advanced field of computer science. The weightage of the modules is mainly dependent on their credit points. The main compulsory module unit of study is thirty credits while the remaining compulsory subjects are fifteen credits. The course also involves a number of optional modules among which some are thirty credits while the remaining are fifteen credits. The examinations mainly comprise of hundred percent of marks and the students are required to acquire a minimum of fifty percent to ensure a pass mark. The students are also required to maintain all the minimum criteria of marks that are set by the university to ensure a pass mark. Moreover, the students are also required to maintain a significant level of attendance in all the classes as directed by the university.

The course involves a number of unit modules among which only three modules are compulsory. The other modules available in the course are mainly optional and depend on the selection and criteria matching of the students. This module of study involves the application of different levels of computer programming and project activities that are related to the topics of advanced computer science. The next module involves the projects related to team development and research.
