The group is required to apply a strategic analysis tool (using either SWOT, MOST, PEST/PESTLE, or BPM) to assess the present business model of an international company (to choose one from the list) and its activities, and to make creditable recommendations how this company should proceed from where it is. Students are expected to gather supporting evidences back their findings and opinions.
Approach to the assignment
This assignment requires a good amount of research and critical examination that can best be demonstrated by your approach to data collection, analysis, evaluation, and final formulation of proposals. Once you have selected your company from the list, you will be expected to carry out a considerable amount of literature research covering the relevant subject knowledge.
