Critically examine the role of Australian communities in the development of health strategies, in relation to the component of the WHO primary health care definition of empowering people to optimise their health as policy advocates and co-developers of health services Assessment description You are required to develop ahealth promotion program proposal which align with the key action areas/strategies identified in the Ottawa Charter. Task instructions Select ONE (1) of the specific topic of the following choices and present the proposal to your organization within 15 minutes o Homelessness o Unemployment o Social Exclusion o Family relationships (family, domestic and sexual violence) o The following components should be included in your proposal 6. Introduction: include the title, the presenter ’sname and the topic 7. Background: give background information on your topic and your target group 8. Needs: identify the issues that might affect your target group ’sphysical, mental or social wellbeing 9. Aim: provide astatement to describe your proposal aim 10. Implementation: develop strategies to address identified issues using the five key action areas/strategies for health promotion and discuss how to implement the strategies 11. Benefits and Risks: discuss how these strategies can improve or potentially harm your target group ’sphysical, mental or social wellbeing 12. Timeline: describe the timeline of your proposal 13. Reference list: provide areference list slide at the end of your presentation Please Note o Use online module resources from Modules 1-2 (Weeks 1-4) for Assessment1 preparation o Discuss how your proposal aligns with the action areas/strategies for health promotion identified in the Ottawa Charter o Use literature to support your discussion of the proposal (e.g. journal articles, textbooks, research publications and official websites) o Include in-text-citations on each slide and provide areference list slide at the end of your presentation with corresponding in-text citations Submission Instruction 1.Make sure you have developed amaximum 15 minute PowerPoint presentation that addresses the task components.
