Focus on Conscientiousness and Agreeableness. 2) Karl Rogers (1951) Humanistic Approach - reinforcement of Roger's theory as supportive theory on personality (Fully Functioning Individuals, unconditional positive regard, person-centered approach as Emergent Paradigm) Part 3: How Intelligence and Personality interact in the context of teamwork in the workplace Counter Argument: Is Roger's theory on Unconditional Positive Regard practiced in reality?
