BG007 - Project Management Assessment

Simulated assessment settings must accurately reflect the real-world working environment in which these skills and knowledge would be used, including all required equipment and resources. The students at the end of the course will be able to- Define project management and describe the project manager's job, recognize the components that contribute to a good project outcome, as well as the reasons why a project could fail, understand various project management strategies and how they could be beneficial for the projects, and identify areas where the students may improve their personal growth as a project manager.
